Parental Requirements 

Parents must research options for educational methods and curriculum.

Parents must attend workshops and conferences to educate themselves thoroughly regarding the education of their children.

Parents must have a thorough understanding of the Olivet Handbook and the rules that govern Olivet parents and students.

Parents must maintain diligence in the supervision of their children at all Olivet functions, including Olivet Day.

Parents must maintain consistent communication with Branch Superintendents and Grade Advisors (high school).

Parents must submit all required documentation by the due dates, including financial obligations.  This includes the mandatory quarterly attendance and grade reports, yearly curriculum list, and high school prospectus.

Parents must adhere to Dress Code and Conduct Code for both the students and parents.

Parents must oversee the education of their child.

Parents must attend Olivet's Annual Parents Workshop as well as any other meeting called by the Board of Directors of Olivet Private School.

Parents must fulfill their Job Assignments for the given school year (minimum of 2).

Each teaching parent is required to pass a Background Check (sexual predator). This will be taken care of at time of enrollment.

Olivet Private School's obligations to enrolled families

OPS will provide a monthly newsletter to keep families abreast of information and events.

OPS will provide an email list for interested members.

OPS will provide the Olivet handbook containing rules, codes, important dates, and anticipated financial obligations.

OPS will provide opportunities for field trips, high school socials, and testing.

OPS will maintain student records.

OPS will oversee and assist with dual enrollment registration, online course registration, and scholarship opportunities.

OPS will oversee discipline at all Olivet functions concerning conduct and dress codes.

OPS will communicate with parents and students all expectations, using the contact information the parent provides. 

OPS will provide support and academic advice to enrolled families.

 


 


 

APPLICATION FEE

$20 per application

 

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FEES (No Registration Fee for reenrolling students)

K - 9th Grade:  $25 first enrolled student, $10 each additional in family10th Grade:  $45 

11th Grade:  $65

12th Grade:  $125                                         

When enrolling high school siblings of currently enrolled students that are grades 10th - 12th, the fees would be as follows:  10th Grade - $30, 11th Grade - $50, 12th Grade - $110

ANNUAL TUITION

K - 8th, 1st sibling:  $140

K - 8th, each additional sibling:  $120

High School, 1st sibling:  $180

High School, each additional sibling:   $165

K - 8th, 2nd sibling w/HS student 1st sibling:   $120

 

ADDITIONAL FEES

Bright Futures Advising Fee (paid directly to BF Advisor):  $  60.00
($15.00 per HS grade)

ITBS Testing Fee: $25.00

Writing Test Fee: $25.00

Olivet Day Enrollment per child, including PreK:  $  20.00

Late Fee:   $  25.00

Reenrollment from a Temporary unenrollment:  $  10.00
(2 week maximum)

Transcript Requests:  Current students - Free, Unenrolled/graduated students - $10.00 per mailing address in same envelope

K, 5th, & 8th Grade Graduation:  $10 per participating graduate

Senior Expenses:  Approximately $80 - $90

Replacement Parent Manual:  $20.00 hard copy, $5 cd
